🎯 AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

📝 REGISTRATION

• All bidders must register prior to the auction to obtain a bidder number. Registration is FREE.

• A valid credit or debit card in the bidder’s name is required for security purposes.

• ONLINE-ONLY AUCTION with staggered ending times:

  • First 2 items close at 10:00 AM

  • Next 2 items at 10:01 AM, and so on

• Some lots may have extended bidding. Posted times are approximate; the auction company may close early or extend the auction at its discretion.

🕵️‍♂️ INSPECTION / DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

• Inspection dates: 4 business days before auction, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Buyers must thoroughly inspect items and bid based on their own judgment.

• All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty, expressed or implied.

• The auction company is NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors, defects, authenticity, or descriptions. No refunds or adjustments.

💳 BUYER’S PREMIUM & PAYMENT

• Buyer’s premium: 13%

• Payment due within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit Card, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard (NO American Express or Discover), Zelle to mainauction@live.com

• Invoices $10,000+ must be paid via Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, or Zelle.

• Shipping, handling, insurance, and storage costs are added at the time of payment.

• Unpaid invoices may be charged to card on file; non-payment may result in PERMANENT BAN and legal action.

🚚 REMOVAL & SHIPPING

• Removal is at BUYER’S EXPENSE AND RISK; limited assistance available for heavy items.

• The auction company is NOT RESPONSIBLE for items not removed on time.

• For freight/FedEx: pay for items, packaging, palletizing, and provide Bill of Lading. Items shipped within 1 WEEK after auction.

• Merchandise not paid or removed within 2 WEEKS may be RESOLD WITHOUT NOTICE.

🏷️ PLACING A BID

• Bids are BINDING and cannot be retracted.

• Failure to pay may result in PERMANENT BAN and legal action.

• Bidders are responsible for all activity under their BIDDER NUMBER AND PASSWORD.

• The auctioneer may ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY BID at their discretion.

• Buyers agree to INDEMNIFY THE AUCTION COMPANY from any claims arising from their bids.

• Bidding implies acceptance of ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

💰 SALES TAX

• Provide RESALE OR TAX-EXEMPTION FORMS with payment if applicable.

• Retailers may accept or reject exemption certificates. Refunds may be requested from the TEXAS COMPTROLLER if tax was paid in error.

⚖️ CLAIMS OR DISPUTES

• The auctioneer is NOT RESPONSIBLE for service interruptions, errors, or technical malfunctions.

• In case of technical issues, the auctioneer may void sales, suspend bidding, or re-sell affected lots.

• Disputes will be resolved via BINDING ARBITRATION in GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS, under AAA rules.

• This agreement is governed by TEXAS LAW.

• The auctioneer may terminate registration or restrict site access at any time.
